Since Dredd was only about eight yo when Prince Hall passed, maybe Dredd Scotts Daddy was a PHFM & his Mother possibly an Easter Star? Or Daughter of ISIS? In any event, the Dredd Scott v Sandford case's decision handed down by the SCOTUS seems very relevant to Michael Brown in Ferguson today. Dredd Scott was from St Louis.
